Wonderful place, huge room, amazingly nice staff. Gorgeous and very good breakfast with several options, with exceptional food. Marvellous location in a great location to explore the surrounding areas and easy access to a supermarket and shops. The hotel of choice in Monteriggioni.

The food was delicious, and the staff members were skilled, making it a pleasant place to enjoy. The peaceful location was convenient for attending a wedding and exploring the surrounding area.

The hotel is fairly clean and big with fantastic staff and a well-maintained pool. It boasts a stunning and exceptional location; just off a large beautiful and wellkept garden, Close to Siena and Close enough to explore north areas.

I appreciated this spectacular hotel, it did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful, amazingly nice staff, lovely views out to the garden.- The location was marvelous - next to a perfect getaway in Tuscany.

Appreciated our great stay there a lot. The hotel was fairly clean, there were outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff and sensational breakfasts. Visited their restaurant La Bianca couple of times.

This hotel was set in a countryside area next to Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano and Panzano and a perfect getaway in Tuscany. Moreover, it was 3 km from the Diborrato Waterfall.

The brand-new, air-conditioned room with a huge bathroom was excellent, and the professional staff were attentive. Rewritten: This place has all-new rooms with air conditioning and spacious bathrooms, and the staff here are professional and helpful.

Thank you very much everyone for a fab stay by two extra nights. The hotel has stunning location really close to surrounding Tuscany. It also was close to main Tuscany attractions. The room was gorgeous & fabulous with very good housekeeping.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel tucked away in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The grounds were spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the pool area, with plenty of sunbeds and a refreshing pool to cool off in. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and the restaurant served delicious meals with a lovely view. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby villages and towns. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful Tuscan getaway.

if you eat late, buffet is almost empty(not filled up) they can pay more attention to the follow up of breakfast buffet(which is good!) - regular check of buffet

The quiet surrounding is a good place to relax. The service at the bar / restaurant is very friendly & attentive. Drinks are even brought to the canvas chairs.

- Hotel room was booked with a balcony, but we did only get an appartment with balcony after the 3rd night (the suggested compensation of a bottle of wine was never given to us). - high prices for additional sport activities (e.g. 25€ per bike per day; 70€ for a quad) - difficulties to book sport activities (e.g. not possible for the same day, bikes not delivered on time) - no customer relationship managment during the check out (e.g. no "thank you for your stay" or maybe just a friendly smile)

Everything was perfect, the hotel is fantastic and fairly clean with excellent services. The staff was very welcoming and absolutely kind and the owner too. The restaurant was excellent for lunch and dinners, I tried amazing dishes. It was neat and bathrooms were remodeled here.

The pool here is fantastic, and the staff is highly skilled and trained. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, and it's conveniently located near a supermarket and the shops.

Very friendly staff and beautiful Hotel. The place is crowded with Dutch, German and French. However, the staff of the Hotel manage very well to maintain an authentic flair and speak to people in Italian unless they notice that the customers do not understand, then they would swop because all employees were fluent in other langugages E.G. English, French and German. We spoke to them in Italian and we were one of the few customers who bothered to do so. We had the feeling they appreciated our efforts very much and we were treated really like VIPs :) We also did the Quad tour and we loved it! The food is very good when you order à la carte, the buffet was not too impressive. There are many great restaurants around in the little villages. Our suggestion is to rather go and eat there than staying in the Hotel for dinner every evening. All over a great place which we will certainly return to.

The grounds are beautiful. The room needs updating, especially the bed. The bathroom can use a good cleaning. The restaurant was disappointing: food was over-cooked and way over priced. Since the staff speaks limited English, they couldn't get our order right. Suggestion: a resturant in nearby village
